3 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner, mild/moderate creasing on the right edge (heavier near the bottom), 1 cm tear on the bottom edge (near right corner), a couple of tiny creases on the left edge, 1.5 cm circular grease stain and a smaller stain above the Y in Yonkers, some light surface creasing down through the center of the poster (only really noticeable at certain viewing angles), otherwise good.
