CONDITION :

Two strips of tape adhesive staining near every corner and one strip near the center of the bottom edge (there is some additional very faint tape adhesive staining around the center of the top and bottom edges due to the adhesive from the other patches seeping through the paper whilst stored folded for many years), tiny slither torn from the top edge (at the top of the second strip of tape adhesive near the left corner), extremely tiny speck torn from the top edge (at the top of the strip of tape adhesive nearest the top right corner), two tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the left edge, very slight Browning to the bottom of the left edge, extremely faint reverse impression of the image of Dick van Dyke within the white background on the left (Due to the ink very lightly discolouring the opposite side of the paper whilst stored folded for many years), light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), slight Browning to the back of the top half of the left vertical fold line and the back of the left half of the top horizontal fold (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good!
