Smaller than a regular double crown poster (to be honest I don’t know what this particular size is called and double crown is the closest size match), pinhole near each corner (the top ones have torn slightly), mild edge wear on the left and bottom edges, a little wear and creasing at the bottom of the center vertical fold, mild fold wear including a small tear at the center fold intersection and white stress marks on the fold lines, title written on the back in biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise good.
