CONDITION :
Extremely tiny tear on the right edge, six tiny Brown spots of damp around the left edge of the bottom horizontal fold line, extremely mild creasing on the left edge, additional creasing around the bottom horizontal fold line (due to being folded out of alignment and refolded), some very light additional creasing around the top horizontal fold line, standard blue title stamp on the back of the bottom right corner has bled through to the front, tiny wear hole at the bottom fold intersection, slight Browning/Brown spots of damp on and around the back of the bottom horizontal fold line (a couple of spots are very lightly visible on the front the rest is only noticeable if held to light/backlit), otherwise very good!.
