CONDITION :

1 cm piece torn from the top edge (near left corner) this has surrounding surface print loss and a little tape adhesive staining, 3 cm tear at the center of the top edge (this has surrounding print loss due to tape removal), 3 x 3 cm piece torn from the top right corner with a little surrounding print loss, 2 cm patch of print loss on the bottom right corner, 2 cm tear at the center of the bottom edge along with a 2 cm thin piece of edge loss and surrounding print loss, 2 x 1 cm piece torn from the bottom edge (near left corner) again this has a little surrounding print loss, approximately 8 tiny tears and mild creasing also on the bottom edge, tiny tear near the bottom of the left edge, 6 cm thin line of black print on the tip of the left edge (near top), a couple of small dark print smudges and a couple of small Brown spots of damp (foxing) within the top white border, light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise very good, and in my opinion the patches of edge loss could easily be repaired as they are mainly within plain white background areas.
