CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear on the top edge, slight Browning to the tip of the top and bottom edges, a couple of extremely tiny tears and very mild creasing on the right edge, 1 cm tear on the left edge, very slight Browning to the top of the left edge, light creasing around the bottom of the left edge, very light creasing around the fold intersections, otherwise excellent!
