CONDITION :

1cm edge tear plus a small edge tear on the top edge, crease across bottom left corner, a couple of tiny edge tears and mild edge creasing plus a few tiny brownish spots of damp on the bottom edge (right), tiny edge tear on the right edge, very mild edge and fold wear, 2cm pinhole tear near the top right corner, two pinholes near the top left corner (both have torn slightly), three pinholes near the bottom right corner, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, surface has a few light wrinkles, pinhole just left of the title, Otherwise Very Good.
