The bottom edge may have become a little damp at some point as the tip is quite ridged/wavy (no apparent staining though), small piece torn from near the bottom of the left edge, two small tears and very mild creasing on the left edge, mild creasing at the bottom of the right edge, some very light surface creasing above the UR in the title (a noticeable at certain viewing angles), otherwise very good.
