Approx ½ inch has been trimmed from the top edge reducing the overall dimensions to approx 29½ x 40 inches, 1cm edge tear on the top edge (left), Mild edge and fold wear, A couple of fingerprints near the top left corner, A few small grubby marks down the side edges (probably from a frame), Otherwise Good.
