CONDITION :
1 cm tear with a tiny piece worn away from the tip of it on the top edge (near left corner), 3 cm diagonal crease and a couple of smaller creases across the top left corner, small crease across the top right corner, extremely mild creasing on the right edge, 4 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, very mild creasing and a tiny tear on the bottom edge, tiny tear, mild creasing on the left edge, 7 x 5 cm partial muddy shoe print within the right of the text at the top, and a faint partial shoe print within the last letter of the title along with the end quote marks and the cream background just below, some light surface creasing near the side edges (a little heavier on the right), additional creasing around the fold lines due to being folded slightly out of alignment and refolded (note there are three horizontal and three vertical main folds), a couple of tiny grubby marks within the sky area at the top left, a little blu-tac residue on the back of the tip of the top of the right edge, otherwise very good.
