CONDITION :

Faint light brown damp spots on and around the edges (mostly the right edge), additional fold / crease lines where it has been folded out of alignment, 2cm tear across the crease lines just left of the main left vertical fold line (Nicholson’s Neck) plus a 1cm tear a little further up (still within neck area), 3cm tear across the same crease lines but level with the center of the “5”, Otherwise Very Good.
