Small edge tear and a couple of light creases on the left edge, small crease across top left corner (grubby mark along crease), 1cm edge tear and approx three tiny edge tears and mild creasing along the bottom edge, very mild creasing and a couple of small grubby marks along the top edge, Additional fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, mild fold wear (some stress marks on the fold lines), Otherwise Very Good!
