CONDITION :

1cm edge tear and a tiny edge tear on the top edge, mild creasing around the bottom center, a few colour and black print bleed spots in the outer border, fold lines are not particularly straight (hand folded), a little creasing along some of the fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, a couple of extremely tiny tears on the left vertical fold line (near top), Otherwise Excellent !. A Superb Example!
