Crease across the bottom left corner, tiny crease across the bottom right corner, extremely tiny edge tear and mild creasing to the right edge, a little blu-tac residue near the bottom of the right edge, 4-6 pinholes near each corner (some have torn), mild fold wear including a 1 cm tear at the center fold intersection and stress marks on the fold lines, Otherwise Very Good.
