CONDITION :

3 cm tear and a 1 cm tear on the right edge (both have acid free tape on the back), extremely tiny tear also on the right edge, 8 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner, 2 cm diagonal crease and a smaller crease across the bottom right corner, two 1.5 cm tears along with approximately eight tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge (mostly on the right), light 4 cm diagonal crease across the bottom left corner, otherwise very good.
