Small tear and mild creasing on the top edge (creasing hass attracted a little dark print near the left corner), small tear near the bottom of the right edge, light creasing on the bottom edge near the left corner (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creasing), mild creasing on the left edge, a couple of light surface creases near the left edge, Otherwise Very Good.
