CONDITION :

Two 1 cm pinhole tears through the top edge (there is a tiny amount of paper loss at the edge of one of the tears ..near right corner), a couple of additional tiny tears and very mild creasing on the top edge, two tiny tears and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, small crease across the bottom left corner, 1 cm tear near the bottom of the left edge, light indentation line from a frame approximately 2 cm in from every edge, small crease spot just below the F in FROM at the top left, otherwise very good.
