Light creasing at the edges of the vertical fold lines, mild fold wear (stress marks on all fold lines and a tiny wear hole at the left fold intersection), creasing between the left and center fold intersections (just above center), small sticker on the back of the poster (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise good.
