Light vertical crease alongside the left edge (bottom half), slight yellowing around the edges and some of the fold lines, crease just below the right side of the center horizontal fold line, mild fold wear, patch of very faint dull spots in the top right corner section (possibly damp spots?), Otherwise Very Good.
