1 cm tear and a couple of extremely tiny tears on the top edge along with very mild creasing, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, two tiny staple holes near the center of the left edge, approximately 5 small white surface creases within and below the pictures on the wall near the right edge (below center), a couple of small white surface creases near the left edge, otherwise good.
