Pinhole near each corner, faint surface creasing around each corner, extremely mild fold wear, patches of light brown damp spots on the back of the right vertical fold line and the back of the right side of the center horizontal fold line (not noticeable on the front), title written on the back in biro (only noticeable on the front if backlit), Otherwise Excellent!
