CONDITION :

2.5 cm tear and a 2 cm tear on the right edge, mild creasing on the bottom edge, the surface around the center of the bottom edge including the credits block area may have become damp at some point as the surface is a little tight and slightly crimpled (no apparent staining though), tiny spot of print loss with some additional surface creasing just left of the bottom center, light surface creasing around the bottom corners, otherwise good.
