CONDITION :

3 cm tear along with a 2 cm tear and approximately 10 smaller tears on the right edge along with some heavy creasing, crease across the top right corner, two 1 cm tears and moderate creasing on the top edge, light crease across the top left corner, two small tears and mild creasing on the left edge, two small creases across the bottom left corner, mild creasing along the bottom edge, light crease across the bottom right corner, the fold lines are not particularly straight indicating it was folded by hand and there is some additional creasing/folding around the top horizontal fold, fold wear (stress marks on and around the fold lines and a couple of small tears across the top horizontal fold line along with heavy creasing on the top horizontal fold line), otherwise good.
