CONDITION :

Two 2cm edge tears and two smaller tears on the top edge along with moderate creasing, 3 cm edge tear near the bottom center, long crease across the bottom right corner, 4 cm edge tear just above the right edge center, small spot of print loss near the top of the right edge, two long creases across the top right corner, blu-tac grease stains near each corner, pinhole near each corner, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), several small white surface creases around the right edge center, a few additional light surface creases here and there, small white spot of print loss just above the bottom white border (above Chelsea text), a couple of tiny Brown liquid spots on the back of the poster along with a few other grubby marks (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), fold lines are not particularly straight, otherwise okay.
