CONDITION :

2cm white patch on the top left corner due to the print layer being torn away, 2cm tear across the bottom left corner, 3cm tear at the bottom of the left vertical fold line, small white patch just above the right edge center where the print layer has torn away (there is a 1cm tear going through this also), mild edge wear and two tiny edge tears at the right edge center, two small creases across the top right corner, 1cm edge tear and mild edge wear on the top edge, 4 pinholes near each corner, 2 pinholes just below the “T” in “TOM” and one a couple of inches to the left of it, pinhole at the top center, additional horizontal fold line near the top, fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and a small tear at each of the three fold intersections on the center horizontal fold line), slight yellowing along the fold lines (more noticeable if backlit), tape has been removed from the back of the top center causing some paper thinning, small sticker on the back along with some light scuffing, Otherwise Good.
