CONDITION :

Several dark print marks in the outer white border (mostly near the corners especially the top left), tiny brown liquid spot in the right white border, approximately 8 small edge tears on the top edge, pinhole near the left corners, 1989 has been written in pencil in the bottom border (should rub out easily), duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, mild fold wear, Otherwise Very Good.
