The title has been written near the top of the left edge in black felt pen, tiny crease across the tip of the top right corner, 1 cm tear with a 2 cm white crease line below it near the top left corner, faint 2 cm thin liquid smudge? from the top edge downwards (near left corner), mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, mild/moderate creasing on the bottom edge (heaviest near the left corner), several tiny white surface creases near the right edge and a couple near the left edge, otherwise good.
