CONDITION :

Extremely mild creasing on the top edge including the top left corner tip, tiny crease across both bottom corner tips, some blue print has transferred onto and around the top horizontal fold line (throughout the white sky area), the title has been written on the back in Biro and the pressure from the pen has lightly embossed the surface on the front and a little blueish print has transferred onto this (in the white sky area to the right of the center fold line), extremely mild fold wear (white stress marks on some the fold lines), otherwise very good.
