CONDITION :

1 cm tear at the center of the left edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, light 16 cm diagonal crease across every corner, light diagonal creasing around the edges of the center horizontal fold line, mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the bottom fold intersection, 6 x 1 cm area of surface creasing near the bottom right corner (possibly water spill but no apparent staining), a little dark print transferred onto some of the creasing around the bottom left corner, a little red print has transferred onto and around the bottom horizontal fold line, otherwise very good.
