Very mild creasing on the bottom edge, six tiny tears and moderate creasing on the right edge, very mild creasing at the bottom of the left edge, mild fold wear including a tiny tear at the center fold intersection plus stress marks on the fold lines, the fold lines have yellowed slightly, some very light surface creasing throughout, Otherwise Good!
