Two extremely tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, two extremely tiny tears near the top of the right edge, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny tear and a couple of tiny creases on the left edge, extremely mild fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines and creasing around the intersections), small finger mark? just below the A in FRANK (only noticeable at certain viewing angles), otherwise very good!!
