25 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, 1 cm tear and four small tears on the top edge along with moderate creasing (mostly left), extremely tiny tear on the left edge, moderate/heavy creasing on the right of the bottom edge, very mild fold wear, a few random light surface creases, otherwise good.
