CONDITION :

Approximately 12 tears and moderate creasing along the top edge (largest tear is 2 cm), tiny crease across the tip of the top right corner, small tear at the center of the right edge, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, very light surface creases near the side edges, otherwise good. (Could easily be framed to hide the top edge).
