CONDITION :

4cm tear across the top left corner (the surface has separated around the tear causing some paper thinning plus a small piece is missing), 3 pinholes near both top corners, pinhole near both bottom corners, tape has been removed from the back of the corners causing some paper thinning, small surface tear in the top border just left of the right fold line (causing some paper thinning and a small piece has torn away), mild fold wear including a 1cm tear at the center fold intersection of the top horizontal fold line, some surface creasing around the corners, Otherwise Good.
