CONDITION :

Tape has been removed from the back of all the corners and all edge centers taking off a layer of paper with it and also leaving a little tap residue behind (makes the front of the poster in these areas appear greyish / translucent and it is more noticeable if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), small edge tear on the bottom edge, three tiny edge tears on the top edge, mild fold wear including a small wear hole at each of the three fold intersections and approx. seven tiny tears on the right vertical fold plus some stress marks on the fold lines, faint water stain on the roof of the house, surface is fairly wrinkled, Would still look good framed.
