3 cm diagonal crease and a smaller crease across the top right corner, 1 cm tear and mild creasing at the top of the right edge, two tiny tears and a couple of tiny creases near the bottom of the right edge, tiny crease near the bottom of the left edge, approximately 3 tiny white surface creases in the light purple background below the staff, otherwise very good! Probably never displayed.
