CONDITION :

Some yellowing around the edges, tiny grease spot near the top center, 2 cm tear along with six tiny tears and moderate/heavy creasing on the right edge (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creases), approximately three tiny tears and mild creasing on the left edge (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creases), the edges of the bottom right corner are a bit grubby, mild fold wear including some white stress marks on some the fold lines and around the bottom intersection (within the title), otherwise okay.
