CONDITION :

Tiny Brown liquid stain spot on the bottom edge (left), a couple of small red print marks near the bottom edge, extremely mild creasing on the top and bottom edges, a couple light surface creases near the side edges, patch of light surface creasing near the center of the bottom edge, otherwise very good.
