CONDITION :
1 cm tear and a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, very mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, tiny tear at the center of the left edge, 6 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, extremely mild fold wear (white stress marks on some the fold lines and some additional creasing around the fold intersections), otherwise very good!
