Two tiny tears and mild creasing on the top edge, heavy creasing around the bottom right corner including a 7 cm and 5 cm white crease line, 1.5 cm tear along with a couple of smaller tears also on the bottom edge, small crease near the top of the left edge, a few light surface creases near the side edges including some small white stress marks, otherwise good.
