CONDITION :

Small tear near the bottom of the right edge, mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creasing), mild creasing on the left edge, mild creasing along the bottom (some dark print has transferred onto some of the creasing), band of dark print/damp spots? around the bottom quarter of the center vertical fold line and also along the bottom horizontal fold line, additional spots of dark print around the bottom right corner area, fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), otherwise good.
