37 cm horizontal crease and a similar sized slightly diagonal crease from near the top of the left edge across to just below the center of the taglines at the top (the slightly diagonal crease is more well defined and has attracted some dark print), mild creasing at the top of the left edge (some dark print has transferred onto some the creasing), very mild creasing on the top of the right edge, otherwise good.
