CONDITION :

Extremely mild creasing on the top and bottom edges/borders, a few tiny spots of yellow print just below the tip of the top edge along with a couple of tiny spots of red print, a few small spots of black print at the bottom of the right border/edge, slight Browning to the bottom edge and the bottom of the left edge, tiny black spot of residue just below the H near the top left corner, extremely mild fold wear including a small tear through the center vertical fold line (through the D in BIRDS) and a tiny wear hole at the center and right fold intersections along the center horizontal fold line plus additional creasing around the center vertical fold and the right fold intersection, otherwise excellent!
