CONDITION :
1 cm tear on the top edge, 1 cm tear and a tiny tear on the bottom edge, approximately 6 extremely tiny tears and mild creasing on the left edge, some light surface creasing near the top and bottom edges, extremely light creasing around a couple of the fold lines/intersections, otherwise excellent!
