PRESS BOOK :
Light brown patches of damp around the edges and spine on every page, extremely tiny piece torn from the tip of the top left corner of the front page, Otherwise Good.

FOLDER :
Numerous white stress and crease marks on the outer cover of the folder and there are two patches of print loss under the holding flap where adhesive used to be, mild edge wear, when opened out the poster on the inside looks very good with only a couple of small white crease marks and a little browning.
