CONDITION :

Tiny piece torn from the bottom of the right edge, two tiny tears and mild creasing also on the right edge, crease across the top left corner, mild creasing/edge wear on the left edge, small tear across the bottom left corner, extremely mild creasing on the top and bottom edges, some fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), folded by hand so the fold lines are not particularly straight, a few light surface creases, otherwise good.
