CONDITION :

4 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, a couple of extremely tiny tears on the top edge, blu-tac residue near the corners, extremely mild edge wear on the right edge, 1 to 2 pinholes near every corner, approximately 8 tiny pinholes near the bottom edge (right of center), four additional pinholes also near the bottom edge (left of center), blu-tac grease/residue on the back of every corner and back of the center of every edge and the title has been written on the back in black Biro (some of the blu-tac grease is lightly visible on the front the rest is only noticeable if held to light/backlit), mild fold wear including a small wear hole at the left fold intersection, otherwise very good.
