CONDITION :

Two extremely tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, extremely tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge along with a few tiny dark brown/gold print error spots on the tip of the edge, creasing to the bottom left corner, a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing on the left edge, some light surface creasing near the side edges (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creases), some additional very light surface creases throughout, otherwise good.
