Tiny tear on the top edge, extremely tiny tear and light creasing to the left edge, some surface creasing near the left edge (top half), extremely mild creasing on the right and bottom edges, pinhole near every corner, light surface creasing in the black background to the left of the top line of the title, some creasing around the fold intersection and fold lines, tiny liquid splash on the back of the poster and the title has been written on the back along with an address in Biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good.
