CONDITION :

2x1cm hole near both bottom corners and a 1cm hole near the top right corner (staple tears), 1cm staple tear at the top center and top left corner, 1cm edge tear and a tiny edge tear on the left edge, two tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, two small edge tears on the right edge, mild edge wear, some brown spots around the edges (damp?), large brown liquid splash stain around the top left corner and down the left border, dark brown liquid stains on the tip of the top edge (mostly on the right), side borders are grubby, additional vertical fold lines between the center and the side edges, surface is lightly creased (thin paper), Otherwise OK.
